Globalization and 'Now' - Live each moment of the life

AddThis Social Bookmark Button

This article is purely my opinion about the globalized world. Do not put the things in mind that it should be changed in the manner how it is---

All over the world, globalization processes have caused a general sense of searching for immediate results. Therefore, we have come to possess a need to see immediate results and work harder for it in ‘urgency’ mode.

So people are rushing towards it. Planning makes the people not to rush too much for the results. The no-rush attitude doesn't represent doing less or having a lower productivity.

Now

It means working and doing things with greater quality, productivity, perfection, and with attention to the details and less stress.

It means re-establishing family values, friends, free and leisure time. Taking the ‘now’, present and concrete, versus the ‘global’, undefined and anonymous. It means taking humans' essential values, the simplicity of living.

All are so anxious of living the future that they forget to live ‘now’ which is the only time that truly exists. If you are constantly worried about your future, you won’t have the happiness what you are looking at.

So just live in this ‘now’ moment. This lets all worrisome thoughts and feelings go. Yesterday is in the past and tomorrow will always be there ahead in time. ‘Now’ is the only moment there really is...and it is pretty much in hand to hang out when seriously noticed.

How to notice and live in ‘NOW’:

Beautiful environment helps,
Meditation helps,
Yoga helps,
Focusing on enjoyment helps.
