When I was about 10 yrs old, I had a friend called Subba Rao. Subba Rao was a rough and tough guy, and of my age. We were good buddies. We used to fight often but we always become buddies again.  We used to get into fights for very small things. His home was right next to mine and so I used to hang out with him almost always.

Most often, we are focused too much on ourselves and ignore the pain of this world. Sometimes we do not understand the pain of others unless we ourselves experience it directly. Most of us have an attitude of smugness and consider ourselves righteous because we did not murder, rape, abuse or steal.

I came across an article by someone who wrote about the ultimate goal of life. Basically the essence of that article is this: Do not feel pain or happy towards anything, give up the feelings and soon one will reach a godly state.

I questioned myself. Why do we develop hobbies? There are many reasons which can be narrowed down mainly into two, in my opinion. Reason one is that we want to have a good and quality time when we are alone. Reason two is that we want to have good time with others. So simple! ha ha....
