We don't want to disappoint others, and we are afraid of their disapproval. But when we accept the unconditional love and acceptance of God, the opinions of other people become less important, and we are able to be more authentic. They try to spend more time with friends and people they know. But their troubles remain when they return home. There are 3 things I can think of which might help in times of trouble: 1. Take action to eliminate or minimize troubling situation. 2. Reflect on inner self - i.e. solitude 3. Try to help others in their areas of need, and we find our troubles becoming smaller !!
